What the calculator shows
The result includes total full days together, a calendar breakdown in years, months, and days, plus the date of your next anniversary. Leap years and different month lengths are handled in the calculation.
How many days have we been together?
Count the calendar days from the day your relationship started to today. The calculator counts completed days, so the day after your start date is day 1. A relationship that started on 1 January 2026 reaches 100 days on 11 April 2026, one year (365 days) on 1 January 2027, and 1,000 days on 27 September 2028.
Some counters treat the start date itself as day 1, so their number is one higher than this one. Neither is wrong. Pick one way of counting and use it for every milestone.
| Milestone | Days together | Date |
|---|---|---|
| 1 month | 31 | 1 February 2026 |
| 100 days | 100 | 11 April 2026 |
| 6 months | 181 | 1 July 2026 |
| 1 year | 365 | 1 January 2027 |
| 500 days | 500 | 16 May 2027 |
| 2 years | 730 | 1 January 2028 |
| 1,000 days | 1,000 | 27 September 2028 |

How do I calculate how many days we have been together?
Enter the date your relationship started. The calculator counts the full calendar days from that date to today and also shows the same span in years, months, and days.
Does the calculator count the first day?
No. It counts completed days, so the day after your start date is day 1. If you prefer to count the start date as day 1, add one to the result.
When is our 1,000-day anniversary?
1,000 days is 2 years, 8 months, and 26 days from a start on 1 January 2026, which lands on 27 September 2028. For other start dates, the exact span depends on month lengths and leap years.
What if we got together on 29 February?
In years without 29 February, the calculator shows your next anniversary on 1 March. Some couples celebrate on 28 February instead. Agree on one and keep it.
Is my start date saved?
No. The calculation runs in your browser and the date is not stored or sent anywhere. Reloading the page clears it.
